Prof. Kaijima has been leading the chair of “Architectural Behaviorology” at ETH Zurich since 2017, focusing on sustainable community design through the study of local resources and networks. Her book, “Swiss Window Journeys,” is a culmination of six years of research, featuring drawings, explanations of Swiss windows, and interviews with Swiss architects.
During the event, the discussion will revolve around the unique geography of the Alps and its influence on Swiss architecture and culture. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase the book “Swiss Window Journeys Architectural Field Notes.”
