Exhibition: Kazuo Shinohara: Inscribe Eternity in Space – A centennial exhibition with 100 questions

TOTO GALLERY·MA presents a special exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of architect Kazuo Shinohara (1925–2006). Shinohara shaped modern Japanese architecture with iconic designs like Umbrella House, House in White and House in Yokohama. His work continues to inspire architects worldwide.

This exhibition showcases his original drawings, models, and sketches, exploring his pursuit of “eternity” in architecture. Structured around 100 questions from Shinohara’s own writings, it provides a deep insight into his unique philosophy.
